Dr. Monica Gilbert is a Licensed Psychologist, Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and the Founding President of Crystal Minds New Beginning and Crystal Minds Psychological Services. She has nearly a decade of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, specializing in behavior analysis, parent training, and clinician development. Dr. Gilbert is deeply passionate about improving engagement through motivational interviewing and has trained professionals, families, and organizations both nationally and internationally. She is also an adjunct professor teaching Applied Behavior Analysis and an active contributor to the advancement of clinical best practices in the field.
