Melissa Kozak, BCBA is the Founder of Kozak Consulting LLC and Clinical Partnership Consultant at Therapprove, where she works at the intersection of behavioral health, technology, and caregiver support.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the ABA field, Melissa has worked across schools, clinics, homes, community programs, and nonprofit organizations supporting children with autism and their families. She remains deeply connected to frontline care through parent-led coaching, nonprofit partnerships, and consulting work with underserved communities.

Melissa also advises autism and edtech companies, helping bridge the gap between clinicians and technology developers so tools better reflect real-world clinical environments.

Through her mentorship work and her “Going Independent” series, she also supports BCBAs exploring independent practice and values-driven clinical work.
