Taylor Cowan, M.Ed. is Vice President of Business Development at Chancelight Behavioral Health, Therapy & Education. With a background as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal, Taylor brings firsthand experience in education leadership to his work supporting districts across the South.

He specializes in building customizable special education and behavioral health programs to serve students with intensive needs. Taylor works closely with superintendents and special education directors to address staffing shortages, budget constraints, and compliance challenges - helping districts deliver better outcomes while reducing reliance on costly out-of-district placements.
