Mikki Schoone, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA, IBA is the founder of Schoone Behavior Consultation and a seasoned human services professional with more than 30 years of experience in developmental disabilities, autism, and child welfare. A Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Mikki specializes in applying behavioral principles to support survivors of domestic violence through her groundbreaking Domestic Violence Functional Assessment, which identifies coercive control and risk factors often overlooked by courts and providers. She also serves as a clinical supervisor at Attain ABA, teaches at Central Community College, and continues to advocate for trauma-informed, survivor-centered practices.
