Chelsea McAdams, BCBA, COO of Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention

Chelsea McAdams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and the Chief Operations Officer at Connections Behavior Planning & Intervention. With more than a decade of experience, she has led the development of innovative ABA service lines in both schools and home settings, focusing on capacity building, collaboration, and equity in access to services.

Passionate about progressive applications of ABA, Chelsea has worked to expand the field beyond autism by addressing emotional and behavioral disorders, partnering with schools, and collaborating across disciplines. At CBPI, she oversees both clinical and operational strategy, ensuring growth never comes at the cost of quality or compassion.
