Cassandra Bailey, BCBA, Founder & CEO of Grace ABA

Cassandra Bailey is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, business owner, mentor, and advocate with more than 15 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has led clinical teams of over 100 clinicians, overseen compliance and quality assurance, and fostered a culture of collaboration and ethical care.

Her passion for ABA is deeply personal—sparked by her niece’s Rett syndrome diagnosis and the challenges her family faced in accessing services. This experience inspired Cassandra to launch Grace ABA, a practice dedicated to serving families and children often turned away by larger, “cookie-cutter” agencies. Based in Georgia, Grace ABA is committed to transparency, individualized care, and supporting complex cases with compassion and expertise.
